References to "we", "us", or "our" throughout these Terms refer to PTH Store, the operator of this website and online store, including all site content, features, tools, products for sale and related services (collectively the "Service") for your online shopping experience. This website is technically hosted and powered by Shopify to facilitate our e-commerce operations.

These Terms and Conditions, together with all policies referenced herein (collectively "Terms of Service"), govern your rights, obligations, legal disclaimers and liability limitations when accessing and using our Service. Please read them carefully.

By browsing, accessing, using this website or completing any transaction, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you must immediately cease all access and use of this website.

Clause 1 — Account Registration & Eligibility

1.1 You confirm you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence. If you are a minor, you may only use this Service with consent and full liability acceptance from your legal guardian.

1.2 When registering an account or placing orders, you may be required to submit your email, billing address, delivery address and payment details. You warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate, complete, up-to-date, and you hold lawful authority to submit such data.

1.3 You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account password and login credentials. All purchases, modifications and activities conducted under your account are your sole responsibility. You may not sell, rent, assign or license your account to third parties.

1.4 If you suspect unauthorised access or account compromise, you must contact our customer support immediately to request account suspension.

Clause 2 — Product Information & Specifications

2.1 We endeavour to ensure textual descriptions, specifications and product images displayed on our site are accurate; minor differences in colour and appearance may occur due to monitor calibration, brightness and display settings, which are deemed normal.

2.2 All dietary supplement products sold by PTH Store are intended for general nutritional supplementation only. They are not medicinal products and cannot be used to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Product statements do not constitute medical advice.

2.3 We do not guarantee product appearance will match your personal expectations. We reserve the right to amend product descriptions and specifications without prior notice, discontinue any product at any time, and impose purchase quantity limits per customer or per region for operational needs.

Clause 3 — Order Placement, Acceptance & Cancellation

3.1 Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A sales contract is only formed once we issue an order confirmation email and payment is successfully cleared. We reserve the absolute right to decline, cancel or adjust your order without explanation due to stock shortages, pricing errors, suspicious order activity or risk review requirements.

3.2 We will notify you via your registered email or phone if your order is rejected, modified or cancelled, and any payment received will be fully refunded to your original payment method.

3.3 Once an order is confirmed by us, you may not arbitrarily cancel it. All returns, exchanges and refunds are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy.

3.4 Products purchased are intended solely for personal and household consumption; resale, bulk export or commercial distribution is prohibited without prior written approval.

Clause 4 — Pricing, Charges & Payment

4.1 Prices, promotions and offers are subject to change without advance notice. The final amount charged shall be as stated within your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise specified, displayed prices exclude import duties, taxes, shipping fees, handling charges and applicable sales levies.

4.2 Online store pricing may differ from physical retail locations or third-party marketplace listings. If terms of a specific promotion conflict with these Terms, the promotion’s standalone rules shall prevail.

4.3 You warrant your credit card or payment method is valid with sufficient authorisation, and you will promptly update expiry dates, billing addresses and related details to complete transactions successfully. You agree to pay all product fees, shipping charges, handling fees and applicable statutory taxes for your order.

Clause 5 — Shipping, Risk Passing & Delay Exclusion

5.2 Delivery timelines displayed on our website are estimates only; we do not guarantee exact delivery dates. We accept no liability for delays caused by courier processing, customs clearance, natural disasters, social incidents, cross-border restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5.2 Title, risk of loss and damage to goods transfers to you immediately upon handover to the designated shipping carrier. Please inspect parcels for damage or missing items upon delivery; you may refuse acceptance if damaged, or contact us immediately with photographic evidence for resolution.

Clause 6 — Intellectual Property (Hong Kong Copyright & Trade Marks Ordinance Applicable)

6.1 All content on this website, including trademarks, brand names, written copy, product imagery, layout design, video content, customer reviews and page formatting, all copyright, trade mark and intellectual property rights belong to PTH Store, its affiliates or respective licensors, protected under the Hong Kong Copyright Ordinance, Trade Marks Ordinance and relevant international intellectual property treaties.

6.2 You may view website content solely for personal, non-commercial browsing. Without our prior written consent, you are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works, republishing, bulk downloading or redistributing any website content.

6.3 The name, logo, product names and slogans of PTH Store are registered or unregistered trademarks of our business. Shopify name and trademarks are property of Shopify Inc. Third-party brand trademarks displayed on the site belong to their respective owners and may not be used without authorisation.

6.4 Nothing within these Terms grants you any patent, trade mark or copyright licence; you shall bear full legal liability for any infringement arising from unauthorised use.

Clause 7 — Third-Party Tools

Clause 9 — Relationship with Shopify

PTH Store uses Shopify infrastructure to operate this online store and deliver shopping services, however all sales contracts and transaction relationships exist solely between you and PTH Store. Shopify is not a party to any sale and accepts no liability for product quality, delivery performance, contractual disputes, personal injury or property damage arising from purchases made via our store. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shopify and its group affiliates from all claims, damages and legal liabilities arising from transactions on this website.

Clause 10 — Privacy Policy

10.1 Our collection, use and storage of your personal data fully complies with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and our Privacy Policy. Shopify, as our platform provider, also processes user data in accordance with its own privacy notice.

10.2 By using our website you confirm you have read and agreed to our Privacy Policy. Transactional necessary data may be shared with Shopify and relevant third-party partners (which may be located outside Hong Kong) for order fulfilment, payment processing, delivery arrangements and website optimisation purposes.

Clause 11 — Feedback Submissions

11.1 Any ideas, suggestions, feedback, product reviews and proposals you submit via email, comment sections or forms (collectively "Feedback") automatically grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sub-licensable, royalty-free licence to use such content for business operations, marketing, product development and website optimisation without further compensation to you.

11.2 You warrant your Feedback does not infringe third-party copyright, privacy or reputation rights, and contains no defamatory, obscene, unlawful material or malicious code. You may not submit content under false identity and you are fully responsible for its accuracy and legality.

11.3 We are under no obligation to treat your feedback confidentially or respond to your proposals. We reserve the right to moderate, edit or delete inappropriate comments and reviews at our discretion.

Clause 12 — Website Errors & Corrections

Typographical mistakes, pricing errors, incorrect stock indicators or shipping configuration anomalies may occasionally appear on our website. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, adjust information or cancel submitted orders at any time without prior notification.

15.1 We may suspend or terminate your account and website access rights at any time without advance notice. You remain liable for all outstanding orders and balances incurred prior to termination.

15.2 The following clauses survive termination: intellectual property, feedback licence, limitation of liability, indemnification, severability, governing law, privacy policy and dispute resolution provisions.

We will notify you of third-party claims in good time and reserve the right to coordinate settlement and litigation strategy.

Clause 19 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is ruled unlawful, void or unenforceable by a court in Hong Kong, that provision shall operate to the maximum permissible legal extent, while all remaining clauses shall remain fully valid and enforceable.

Clause 20 — Waiver & Entire Agreement

Our failure to exercise any right under these Terms shall not constitute a future waiver of that right.

These Terms of Service, together with our published Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding all prior oral or written arrangements. These Terms shall not be construed adversely against the drafting party.

Clause 21 — Assignment

You may not assign your contractual rights and obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign or novate our rights and liabilities under these Terms to affiliated entities or acquirers without notifying you.

22.1 These Terms and all sales contracts are governed by and construed under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.

22.2 Any disputes arising out of these Terms or website transactions shall first be resolved by mutual negotiation. If negotiation fails, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
