Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing health supplements from PTH Store. To protect your consumer rights, please read the following return terms carefully before placing orders.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns are only accepted if goods arrive with damaged outer packaging or manufacturing defects. We do not accept returns for personal reasons such as dislike, unsatisfactory taste or change of mind.

You must submit a return request within 14 calendar days upon receipt. Late applications will be rejected.

Please provide the following information when contacting support:

• Order Number
• Full Name of Purchaser
• Item name & quantity to return
• Reason for return
• Return address, contact phone & contact person
• Whether the product has been opened

Clear photos of goods must be attached for inspection.

2. Refund Terms

• Refund Timeline: We will process refunds to your original payment method within 15 business days after receiving and inspecting returned items.
• Refund Amount: Calculated based on your actual payment amount.
• Refused Parcel: If you reject delivery without valid reason, all round-trip shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
• Free Gift Rule: All complimentary gifts must be returned together with main products. Missing/damaged gifts will be charged at retail price and deducted from refunds.
• Promo Codes & Store Credits: Once refunded, related discount codes or store credits become invalid and cannot be reused.
• Bundle / Add-on Offers: If returns fail to meet promotion minimum spend, remaining items will revert to original price, price difference deducted from refund.
